Process

Whenever we have a vacant position available, we make an announcement at our job postings that include detailed descriptions and requirements for each position. Here is what to do to join IBG.

  1. You just need to fill out our online application form or summit your application to our recruiting personnel via e-mail.
  2. Once you have submitted your application, we will overview your application and arrange an interview for those who are qualified for the position.
  3. If we decide to make you an offer, you will soon be contacted to review your offers and sign an employment contract.

The whole process is as simple as this. The main purposes of the interview are to learn about you not only as an employee but also as a person, and eventually to determine if we can work well together. We will put a great amount of time and efforts to guarantee a fair and transparent application process. Please note that you must submit a complete application for a rapid processing. Your application should include the followings:

  • a cover letter
  • resume
  • diplomas
  • certificates or a reference if available
